We are located in Monterrey N.L, we have two locals, one in San Nicolas de los Garza and the other one in Guadalupe, they are located close of malls (Multiplaza) and (Paseo La Fe) so maybe the local can have frequent clients.
Demographic
The restaurant (franchise) has more than 15 years, we have variety of flavors and a lot of products, so we can have any type of person, the youngers persons like from 30to 40, and its going be the same treat.
Psychographic
Our customers sometimes they feel good, sometimes, in his free times they like cooking, listen pop music, watch movies, hangout with friends, stay with his family and that stuffs.
CHANNEL
Long indirect channel
We think is the best way in which they can give us the tacos, because it comes from a house, the food has his process, first prepare the stews, then goes to a transporter truck, and then give it to us for sell it to our costumers.
CHANNEL STRATEGY
We choose the exclusive channel strategy because it means to sell products in one or more business, in our case it would be in our two branches, San Nicolas and Guadalupe, we think is more efficient and important cause the delivery of tacos can arrive more faster.

Consolidation
We are going to make some different types of stews, take our tacos and sell them, so with that our costumers can buy it I the different in the different locals or market.
It’s the best option for us because its like an economic and productive increase in the business, to get more products in less time and faster.
Postponment
We are going to produce more tacos per day, we are going to have more workers so if we have a lot of persons who want the same product, all of them is going to have it, the ones that spare, we are going to give to the persons who need It or sell it buy our own.
This one is a good choice because the service Is going to be more faster, we are going to have always all the stews, so that no person is left without what they want.

Tacos Don Braulio, It’s a business that sale tacos with a variety of stews, it include the traditional sauce and you can have like your soda or water, and we have 2 branch offices.
Core: Costumers are searching for good prices, good consistency, promotions, good service and attention and that’s what we are going to give them.
Actual: Has good flavor, the place has a modern style, variety of stews, it has home service, we have time in the market and we are highly recommended.
Augmented: We have promotions, it contains traditional sauce, we deliver your tacos in less than 5 minutes.
PROMOTION STRATEGIES FP: Promotion strategies
Personal selling: We are going to be attend our costumers with nice service, like for example pass 2 or 3 times to their table and told them if they want other thing, like more tacos, sodas, that stuffs.
Advertising: We are going to publish videos on our websites and communicate them about our prices, discounts, promotions, new products, etc.
Sales promotion: We are going to make promotions for persons, and we are going to add like packages of tacos, so the persons can buy our products for a good price.
Public relations: We are going to try to sell tacos in other markets or services and that money that is going to be donated for the campaigns to help the persons who need it.
Inbound marketing: We are going to send our products to important persons In social media, so we can be promoted and more persons can know about our business.

This is the best part of our business because the tacos we sell are of very good quality and the service is fast, that is what clients want but the best part is that are so economic, that´s why people choose our tacos before others.
2.Product Line Pricing:
In the part we don´t have any problem and is simpler por us and better por the customers. Because we made our tacos cheaper than other, All our tacos have the same price and we have different type of flavors
3.Product Bundle Pricing
We use this strategy to set the price of the tacos that are the same price for all the tacos we have, the customer can choose from 5 different type of tacos and they will pay the same.
